We strive to be the store you visit first when shopping for New & Used vinyl records. In addition, our inventory of apparel and other music related items is always changing. Stop back frequently to check out the New Arrivals in all collections. You don't want to miss out on anything!
Why shop at Joe's:
Selection: We stock all genres and time periods. There's something for everyone. If you don't see what you are looking for, let us know.
Service: All our inventory is stocked onsite. We manage our own website and order fulfillment. No more ordering items only to find out they're out of stock, because the store you ordered from never actually had it. Then your order is canceled and you have to start over. With the exception of Preorders, all our inventory is on hand.
Quality: Our used records are inspected multiple times before being approved for sale. Each inspection is done under bright halogen lamps to look for marks that might add surface noise or worse. If there is a mark that we aren't sure of, it will be play tested to determine if it will make it into the bins or not. Most records are also cleaned using a Pro-Ject Vacuum cleaning machine.

What are your hours?:
Worcester: 10:00 - 6:00, 7 Days a week
Northampton: 10:00 - 6:00 Tuesday-Sunday (Closed Monday)
What's the best way to contact you?: Email is typically the best way to get in touch with us. Calling is good too, but we might be busy with customers in the store and they always take priority.

Why don't you grade your records?: Record grading is very subjective based on lighting, the persons eyesight and interpretation of the grading scale. Many online graders use Near Mint much more than it should be. We take care to make sure your record will be in at least VG+ or better condition. This applies to the record only. Records are made for listening and you can't listen to the cover.
When will my order ship?: Within 24-48 hours of placement. If there is a problem that causes a delay, you will be notified.
Are you accepting preorders for Record Store Day?: Absolutely not, nope, never!!!
What will you have in-stock for RSD?: Check the site the week before every RSD & BFRSD.
