Vinyl LP pressing. The Get Up Kids were a major player in the "second wave" of emo music in the mid-90's, touring with the likes of Green Day and Weezer. Issued on Vagrant Records in 2001 in the wake of their first two albums Four Minute Mile (1997) and Something to Write Home About (1999), Eudora (named after the Kansas town) is a collection of Get Up Kids B-sides, covers and rarities. The 17-song set includes tracks from the Sub Pop Singles Club ("Ten Minutes," "Anne Arbour") and demos ("I'm A Loner Dottie, A Rebel," "Shorty") along with great covers of material by David Bowie ("Suffragette City"), The Pixies ("Alec Eiffel"), The Cure ("Close To Me"), The Replacements ("Beer For Breakfast") and Motley Crue ("On With the Show").
