Appears to be around a 1966 pressing.  The cover is in great shape and still in the shrink but looks like it is for a Mono pressing by the "Blue Note 4199" on the back.  The label and runout groove looks like a 1966 stereo pressing.  There are some light markings on the record surface but it was listened to and sounds great.
