More than 10 years since the film's release, the How To Train Your Dragon soundtrack continues to be cited as one of the most exceptional animated scores of recent times. A truncated 11-track single LP was released for Record Store Day in 2016 and sold out. The entire 72-minute soundtrack as presented on all other formats back in 2010 has never been available on vinyl – until now. This 25-track album has been remastered by composer John Powell, expanded to 2 LPs, pressed on Green Splatter vinyl, and housed in a gatefold jacket.
